Soothely™ is an over-the-counter wellness product engineered for personal neck comfort, gentle muscle relaxation, and soothing thermal contact heat. It is not a medical device intended to diagnose, cure, treat, or prevent any chronic cervical pathology, herniated discs, or nerve disorders. Individuals with implanted pacemakers, cardiac conditions, or pregnancy must consult a physician prior to using micro-pulse devices.

3. Order Fulfillment & Dispatch Tracking

Confirmed orders are submitted directly to authorized regional logistics hubs across the United States and Canada. Order Tracking details are generated and emailed automatically upon carrier scan and parcel dispatch.

4. 30-Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

Soothely™ is backed by our 30-Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee (less S&H). If you are unsatisfied with your unit, you may initiate a return within 30 calendar days from delivery date. Items must include all original packaging, USB charging cords, travel pouches, and manuals. Contact support@soothelyyourneck.com for return authorization prior to dispatch.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soothely and its affiliates shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from misuse, application over open wounds, or failure to follow product operating instructions.
